 Phong Nguyen – CEO and Founder |

| Phong Nguyen has 21 years Management experience in the Communications and CRM space. Prior to founding LinkUp in 2001 Phong was a Principle Solution Architect at Cisco where he was responsible for Cisco’s VOIP strategy. Also while at Cisco Phong helped architect solution integrations between Cisco and the major CRM vendors – Oracle, Siebel, Epiphany and PeopleSoft/Vantive. Before Cicso Phong had deep experience building and managing Customer Service and Support organizations for 3COM, US Web, HaL Computer Systems, and Quickturn. Phong holds a BSEECS degree from UC Berkeley. |

| Stewart Bush - COO |
|
| Stewart Bush is responsible for LinkUp’s Operations. He brings over 20 years management experience and 10 years at the executive level in both early stage and publicly traded software companies. Stewart has an excellent track record of building successful organizations. Prior to joining LinkUp, Stewart was COO and co-founder of The Mind Electric (TME) responsible for business operations he established TME as the leading web services vendor with hundreds of Global 2000 mission critical deployments. TME was acquired by webMethods in October 2003. Prior to TME Stewart led the sales organization at Object Space, Inc. to dramatically increase their product sales $1M to $13M in a 18 month period allowing Object Space to file for an IPO. Prior to that Stewart successfully ran sales organizations at Segue Software and Talarian Corp (acquired by Tibco). Stewart holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of South Florida. |
